Welcome to Raw Dog Outdoors.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Raw Dog Outdoors website, online store, products, and related services. Throughout these Terms, “Raw Dog Outdoors,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Raw Dog Outdoors and, following formation, Raw Dog Outdoors LLC.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Online Store Terms

You may use our website and services only for lawful purposes.

You may not use our website, products, content, trademarks, designs, or services in any way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of Raw Dog Outdoors or another person.

2. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display our products, including colors, graphics, sizes, descriptions, and pricing.

Actual colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device, printing process, garment variation, or manufacturing process.

Many Raw Dog Outdoors products are produced or printed after an order is placed. Minor variations between products are not necessarily considered defects.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or replace products at any time.

3. Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed at checkout when required.

If a product is accidentally listed at an incorrect price or contains an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory or production problems, incorrect pricing, suspected resale activity, or violations of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the amount charged for the canceled portion of the order will be refunded.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through Shopify and/or third-party payment providers.

Raw Dog Outdoors does not necessarily receive or directly store your complete payment-card information.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information when placing an order.

6. Shipping

Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy.

Processing and delivery estimates are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

Raw Dog Outdoors is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, customs processing, incorrect customer-provided addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we become unable to ship an order within a timeframe we have specifically promised, we will provide any notice, cancellation opportunity, refund, or other remedy required by applicable law.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should review that policy before completing a purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

The Raw Dog Outdoors name, logos, product names, graphics, artwork, designs, photographs, videos, slogans, website content, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to Raw Dog Outdoors to the extent protected by applicable law.

This includes Raw Dog Outdoors branding and product lines such as Big Dawg Hunter, Foam Is Foam, Gobble One, and other Raw Dog Outdoors designs.

You may not reproduce, manufacture, sell, distribute, modify, publish, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized merchandise using Raw Dog Outdoors intellectual property without our written permission.

Purchasing a Raw Dog Outdoors product does not transfer ownership of any underlying intellectual-property rights.

9. User Content and Reviews

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, testimonial, social-media tag, or other content directly to Raw Dog Outdoors, you represent that you have the right to provide that material.

Unless otherwise agreed, you grant Raw Dog Outdoors a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, repost, and use content you voluntarily submit to us for reasonable promotional and business purposes.

We will not intentionally claim ownership of your underlying content solely because you submitted it to us.

10. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to third-party services including Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, analytics providers, social-media platforms, and other business services.

Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Raw Dog Outdoors is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

Discount codes, promotions, giveaways, and special offers may be subject to additional terms.

Unless otherwise stated:

Discounts cannot be combined.
Promotions have no cash value.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
We may modify or end promotions at any time.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website and services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or that every website error will be immediately corrected.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Raw Dog Outdoors and its owners, members, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our website or products.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted to consumers that cannot legally be waived.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Raw Dog Outdoors harmless from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of our website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
